If I want to take courses or lessons in a particular academic area, where do I start?

A Customer Care Representative (who interacts with various genres of clients all day long) just might want to consider enhancing the echelon and effectiveness of his/her Communications Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Intrapersonal Skills, Organizational Skills, etc. A school or college student might want to study with a personal or private teacher on a one-to-one basis to improve his/her understanding of a certain concept (e.g., supply and demand, sales promotions, advertising mass media, theories of motivation, etc.) or course material (e.g., economics, marketing, management, or organizational behavior) in order to achieve a higher score in the top percentile.
